INS NGBDS is a low-cost highly efficient alternative to legacy GDS systems. INS NGBDS incorporates a powerful fare search engine, provides direct connectivity from travel suppliers to sellers by using state-of-the-art networking technology and advanced computing standards. INS NGBDS will efficiently streamline services and provide vertical information to travel suppliers, sellers and consumers, each level having full control over the pertinent data content in the vertical information flux. Most importantly, INS NGBDS implementation will lower costs dramatically down to Internet distribution levels.

INS will also build the Comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CCRM) software, a front-end to its NGBDS. It will provide a highly automated and user-friendly front-end interface aimed at travel sellers that are interested in a comprehensive but low-cost office solution. CCRM will be entirely web-browser based and will require minimal infrastructure investment. It will also be able to seamlessly integrate with all office back-ends.
